--Well, I choose people who mean something to me each quarter, and there are a lot of people here that mean something to me. So maybe you're already on the list!
The people I choose to feature are people who are active members of the community - names that I recall because I see them interact with my drawings, comments, journals or statuses. Some people always leave lovely comments, some people have been with me since the beginning and are still consistently faving my work, some people always participate in contests... Just be here! I pick people that I remember because they made me remember them somehow. I LOVE interacting with all of you, and I want to encourage that further.
