They'e adorable! I was wondering if you'd be able to help me a bit. I recently got a new rat for my older one and have been slowly introducing them. My older rat is showing tons of dominant behavior(power grooming, forcing the new rat on his back etc.) but so far no actual fighting has broken out. They're fine out on the bed but as soon as I try to put them in the same cage, my older rat won't leave the new one alone, he keeps forcing him onto his back and power grooming him. the new one squeaks a lot and will try to kick the older one away. Earlier today it seemed to get really rough and I took the younger rat out of the cage. Again no actual fighting has broken out. Should I let them go as long as they're not hurting each other? What can I do to help my older rat accept him? My older rat is about 7 months old and the new one looks to be about 3 months old.
