My only gripe is that if people knew what the "winged sun" really stood for, they wouldn't be able to take Toby's Vash-like ideals seriously. The winged sun (the upper portion of the Delta Rune) represents worship of authority as divinity - especially in the form of royalty. It's a philosophy that goes all the way back to Babylon, though the symbol is also a recurring motif on ancient Egyptian architecture. It's also used by the Freemasons and other esoteric institutions.
