Flare the Flammie's pet bulbasaur. You remember those feeding flammies a couple pictures back?. Well this is one of them, Flare. Flare is the youngest of the two(they're sisters) and is very whimsical and fun. She adores cute creatures and lets them know it by filling them up with all sorts of goodies. So stay away if you're a cute cuddly creature
