this took so long
I've had this idea in my head for a while and finally decided to draw it XD
Go Katsumi go!!
And no that isn't the original outfit, but i just sorta wanted to fiddle around with it XD
took about 4 hours, with about 80 different layers XD geez
Katsumi belongs to meeee blahbedeblahbede blah
no textures used either
