Sephiroth keeps two pictures in his wallet, one from when Cloud was still a cadet, took by surprise thanks to Zack and another of Cloud and Sophie when they were visiting for the Nibelheim first time with their baby.Cloud keeps his pictures rather in his cellphone:

But where to start....
Hmm
I love how you made it look like a real photo, with the little torn and folded edges, so everyone can see that this is a well and long used photo, that the owner has it for a long time and still loves it . The smaller one cleary had a very hard life xD
But Seph still keeps both, showing clearly how important they are for him.
Starting with the photo of Cadet!Cloud:
I find it hillarious but typical for Zack to take the piture by suprise .I can imagine him running towards cloud, swinging his arm around him and shouting " cheese Spiky 
* I can't imagine though, what Seph had to do to get the picture xD Knowing Zack ...
Its also well done that you've made Cadet!Cloud looking very young in comparison to older cloud on the bigger photo, You can clearly see his change during the years of grwoing up to an "man"

Now to the main picture *w*
I simply love it <3
The way Cloud looks, grown up but still a bit feminine and simply beautiful and omg i luuuve his eyes *q* <3 <3 <3 <3Β you made them so much glowing with happiness and love *~* He is very comfortable and relaxed with everything and creates an atmosphere i just want to join in the mood ( if I just could ) and lay in peace cuddled in a blanket >o<
Btw The idea with the blanket around Cloud was amazing *w*
Niebelheim is a very cold place after all and even though Cloud was born there, he wasn't used to this cold for a long time probably, soo he get's cold sooner than before plus Sophie isn't used to this cold at all and still a baby q-q
So both need protection and warmth and laying a thick blanket around CoudΒ laying against fluffy pillows while he is gently holding sophie in her thick moogle suit was a wonderful idea *w*
After seeing this the mental picture of Seph gently covering both of his precious persons with the blanket popped into my head , feeels <3Β * I bet he didn't stoped fussing around Cloud Sophie and the living room until he made sure it was warm/safe/comfortable enough and he still looked ass hot , butΒ thats my imagination x33 *
Both Cloud ans Sophie give to intention that they were called , since Sophie looks a little confused but still happy and aware into the camera :3 And Papa is just pulling her a bit closer for warmth and she can hold onto him while smiling gently toward his cameramen/husbandΒ * cough*. He has this soft look on his face, I bet this was the happiest look he ever had while being in Niebelheim *w* You caught alle the feels so great <3
Knowing what a good life you have now that everything is perfect, that's how Cloud looks and it make me go all weeeee <3 with feels y3 <3 <3 <3 <3 *w*.
It's more than obvious why Seph has this 2 pictures.
1 very old one, but indicating the past they had and the youth Cloud, his stubborness and shyness. A reminder of how they got together, a memory you always want to keep .
The big photo is a photo of his loved ones for him when he's away, but also a reminder of the good times they have now, as a family *w*
Im sure everytime Seph is certain he is alone ( on mision or in his office) he sometimes pulls out his wallet and looks at the pictures and starts smiling a bit.
You drew it accelent, everything matches, colours and backgroudn and all it gives such a huge and wonderful atmosphere *W*
