Yay! I'm uploading...something.So, this is the result of my free time at work for today. I found this wonderful stock photograph from: and decided to use it as reference for a digital painting. I know it's pretty much the same pose exactly but I was just mostly using it to practice. I like how it came out, perhaps later you might find a color version of it up.

i think i prefer this one over the colored version, just because is seems to have more emotion and impact.
what i love is how you have this almost rough but designed hair and then such detailed eyes.
