So I wanted to sketch something and sort of got inspired by a song and a pic Fox made that was song related.
Hope I didn't ruin it Flotts !!Sometimes there is more to a persons insanity hen what is on the cover...

So... im guessing that while swapfell has gone absolutely nuts and his soul has become dark and evil, there is still that little bright warm light that shines within the darkness of his soul, it being that small part of his previous self (aka the small happy child we see here) and any kindness that he receives fuels this small light within his broken soul and helps it to grow stronger and fight back against the evil that has consumed him.
Maybe there is a chance that Maestro's kindness could break through that cold dark barrier and free the light within his soul ~
