Description
Caloumindis is one of the villains of the Lightning Brigade. He is an alien with vast mental powers, capable of casually destroying buildings with his telekinetic muscle, despite being on the smaller size.

He is extremely cold on the outside, and has a very direct way of thinking, but is ultimately more humane than most would consider. Part of this may come from the fact that though he works for the Neo Damocles, he is not one of the Generals, but merely one of the many Soldiers who, as he discovers, are readily expendable.
