By the way, I allways wondered, where is she getting all the sugar? I mean, nopony makes it anymore on industrial scale, and Sugar Rush needs tons of sweet goodies from what I hear.

Sugar Cane is a tropical plant. It's entirely possible that somepony has a plantation. The Dark Shores setting has a slightly higher quality of life than most FoE settings.
