Just another pixiv tag XD Apparently they've got pretty enforced rules with their tagging, I found an entire post about tagging with character names instead of country names (which makes sense, since you don't wanna be looking for pictures of the nation Germany and not character Germany lol)

To be more accurate, the Pixiv term means 'Star Combo'. In Japanese, it's '星ッコンビ', or 'Hoshi Kkonbi' - 'Hoshi', meaning 'star'; and 'kkonbi', a slang-ish term for 'combination'.
Anyway, nice artwork.
