(2/2) This is other half of last post. The reason Ruffles wears socks underwater is to match with the other two people she's associated with. Both of whom where an article of clothing that makes people uncomfortable. Why do socks make people uncomfortable? Because Ruffles spends a lot of time in the water, and is a rather moist creature. Wet socks make me uncomfortable. Don't worry, the other two I mentioned will be posted over the next few days.
