Nerd saw themself in mirror and thought that this pose looks like Tim is hugging.
But feelings of Tim's right hand pulled up his T-shirt is something.

"Wha! What's the point of showing my belly?" Nerd asked out with shame.
"I just check that you breathe in correctly." Tim answered innocently.
"Don't be shy about my hands. Just keep concentrate!"
"O- Okay.."
"Swift left hand and right hand 8 times and call it a set, and then take a break 45 secs."
Tim explained. "Do this 4 sets and we will go for next excercises"
Nerd eyes wide open with frightened. "What?"
"Don't worry I am here to take care of you.
If you need ambulance, I will call it for you!" Tim smiled.
"I think I need the ambulance right now.. these weights are so heavy and the fog just cover my glasses.
I can't see anything" Nerd moaned.

"Shhh.. That is Ko-Rerng, the gym owner, seeing us in the mirror!" Tim warned his buddy.
"He's gonna evaluate me."
Nerd saw the old guy with blue cap in the mirror was looking at them.
Even he looks kind of middle aged but still fit and in shape.
He's also the reason of Nerd is here tonight.

"Wow! This is so refreshing! I feel so strong lifting these weights! Hahaha!"
Nerd shouted and laughed out loud.
"Hey Nerd, you are bad at acting." Tim whispered.
"Hahaha... sorry." Nerd said with guilty.

"Thank you for coming with me today. Your first excercise day is gonna be pain later.
Come and stay at my house tonight, I will massage you, all right?"
