Kamen Rider Kougetsu (仮面ライダー皇月 Kamen raidā kōgetsu) is the protagonist of the homonymous series, that is a revamp of stitcherjack's Kamen Rider Lu-nar.

Kougetsu's civilian identity is Himeko Tsukida (月田姫子 Tsukida Himeko), a tokyo-born barista and daughter of an old watchmaker that is revealed to be an Singularity Point,a human with the ability to exist independently of time itself, and be unaffected by changes in their own past, therefore being essential to the battle with Imagins that were not destroyed by the electric king and his loyal knights (Kamen Rider Den-O, the Denliner crew and Zeronos).

Kougetsu transforms into her ultimate form, Miracle Form (ミラクルフォーム Mirakurufōmu), after her Imagin friends feel that they're going to disappear soon if they don't do anything, so together with Hiroyuki and Himeko, they created the MG Piece (MGピース MG pīsu, with MG standing for Miracle Gold), an attachment to the Kougetsu Belt that would reinforce the contracts of the Kougetsu crew by uniting them.

in this form, Himeko can use her Imagin companions as weapons, similarly to New Den-O can use Teddy, this weapons being the Uriko Chain & Ball (ウリコチェーン＆ボール Uriko chēn& bōru), the Issun Arrow (イッスンアロー Issun'arō), the Kaguya Saw (カグヤソー Kaguya sō), and the Shippei Boomerang (シッペイブーメラン Shippeibūmeran).

this form's finisher is the Miracle Rider Finale (ミラクルライダーフィナーレ Mirakururaidāfināre), a fast attack with all the Imagin Weapons, with all of them changing back to their humanoid forms and delivering a devastating Rider Kick alongside Himeko, with an image of the Kougetsuliner behind them.
