Naruto Sasuke is a friend and they live the same village. They both are orphans since childhood and therefore always helped each other. Their childhood was very difficult because they had to earn their own food and to start early work in the field. A free time Sasuke Naruto conducted training for honing their skills forgotten samurai clans. (Uchiha clan and Uzumaki clan were destroyed almost the same time)
Hyuga clan close to the family of the Emperor. So Hinata Hyuga heiress ak often brought to the palace of the Emperor that she got used to their future positions counselor.
