Just Sigmund
I actually kinda like Sigmund. He's like a less snobbish, more neurotic version of Al. Usually he's the kind of character I wouldn't like but he didn't annoy me... which is a big compliment for this type of character XDAlso he made Clank into a Time Lord. That's pretty awesome.

yeah he was cool. Ask him to do something complex and at first he questions if its even possible and then he verbal possesses all the technical steps that he would need to do to accomplish such a thing and then discoverd that he just did it while he was rambling. I also kinda liked his design, and you drew it rather well here. Awww that plant. it's not functional or anything, I always wondered why he has it, like a hidden story or something. That is a good shot of it you have.

A memorable character, yes he is. He could have been Ratchet's partner because of the comedy situations XD
