While I do like the color, the elements used don't seem to blend together as well as they could. I like the texture you used for the background, but the vector is just too straightforward. As if slapped on as an after thought. That is not a jab at the vector piece, because it's simplistic style and curves work very well. But that minimalism placed upon a more visually complex texture as it is now just doesn't work for me.
