Not being Van Gogh doesn't mean someone's a bad artist. Yes it's flawed, but she's learning and she's gradually improving, getting better at art is a process, any professional artist will tell you the same. Instead of saying she should be blacklisted for just being an amateur, give constructive criticism so she can improve.
