Great picture! Really. As a "normal" human being, i'm really stunned for how real and in the same time bizarre it looks; but as a SH fan, i think it barely can be considered as something inspired by the games... it's too simple, and looks like you put it very random; and the monsters in SH are done with a meaning: every limb they have (or lack of) has a purpose in what they're representing...
Anyway, i'm rambling too much, i like your style, is very realistic
