Description
This is the finished version of two works in progress here and here . I've left the story for this one rather ambiguous. How did Bluestreak end up here, and has he just struck, or is he about to? I'm not really sure
This is a refinement of my first concept for movieverse Bluestreak, [link] . I made his gun a bit more elaborate and his head design tighter. If people do have other background suggestions, I'd be curious to hear them, this was a hard one to work out!
