I always wonder? why did they go through the relay in the first place? They could've FTL'ed into another part of the Solar System, and where the hell did the rest of the fleet go?

I love your art, and this comics feels so real. CanΒ΄t wait for more pages (I already read other ones ahead, I just randomly put my comment here)
I also like that youΒ΄re continuing the story, for fans of ME deserved ending like this.

They include the death of the Geth and EDI because that's what happens...all synthetic life is destroyed.

That would also render shepard dead and gone since he/she is brought back to life with the help of synthetic implants, hence why the breathing scene at the end of destroy makes no fucking sense what so ever.

I thought you might say that. What you fail to realize is that Shepard is not a full synthetic. S/he is still an organic life form. The implants might not work, but as Shepard themselves is not synthetic, the breath/"survival" makes sense.

I never said that Shepard is fully synthetic (Unless Shepard is one giant synthetic implant), It makes more sense that Shepards implants is that of muscle control assisting Shepard to breath, to move and to make the heart beat (and so on). Without those implants Shepard might aswell be dead with in the hour and i highly doupt that even Shepard could surive being with out those implants after being nothing more then a charred corpse that they spent 2 years rebuilding.
Dun goof'd

Since we don't actually know to what extent Shepard is synthetic, it's hard to assume when s/he might die from it, if even at all.
The point is, the Destroy option does exactly that; Destroys all Synthetic life, which does include EDI and the Geth.

-__- Yes, I remember, thank you. We were only talking about it not two comments ago. But that's not the point. Shepard is partially synthetic. The Crucible destroys all synthetic life. Whether or not Shepard's synthetics shut down eventually is not the point. The point is, EDI and the Geth are still destroyed, which was my argument to begin with.

I'd say it's more of a trick then you think! The god-child does after all point out that Shepard was brought back to life via synthetic implants that were most likley derived from reaper technology.

Yeah, but we don't know if Shepard's synthetics have reaper tech in them. The Illusive Man wouldn't allow Miranda to put a mind control chip in Shepard. I don't see the Illusive Man risking putting reaper tech into Shepard either. And in the EC Admiral Hackett talks about the "sacrifices" and it cuts to members of you team who have died and among them you see Edi. But Hackett also says "It may take time but we can rebuild *everything* that was destroyed" So, even if they were destroyed, who's to say they couldn't be fixed?

They probably could be rebuilt, but they wouldn't be the same. EDI developed as an AI because of circumstances, chance happenings, and random conversations. Saying she could be rebuilt is not giving credit to her development as a consciousness, imo.
