It's cute, but you seem to be reusing that pose a lot. Plus, the way you drew it, the figure looks kinda feminine. The limbs could use more thought instead of just being drawn with the line tool in MS Paint. Try drawing only freehand, and using more precise tools like the line and benzier when inking. Also give some thought to anatomy and proportioning, because the cat looks stiff and the limbs seem rather disproportionate to the body and each other.

Even when drawing in a Butch Hartman style, you should give thought to how appendages like the tail connect to the body. The picture looks kind of lazy, especially when it's just used over and over again. Try something different, because I know you have the potential.
