It's been a while how are you guys doing? :'D
I'm doing well with college and my lab thus I don't really have the time to draw because I need to rest (sleep like normal person) :'D
Have you guys watching or reading (spoilers) RWBY Vol.5 Episode 11 yet? I hope not :'D
anyway... this drawing has nothing to do with it lol.

I bring this as my new work for this year : Elemental AU.
My super self-indulgent AU where human didn't exist, there's only RACE. Elemental Race. It's a fantasy world where magic, curse, flying land, weaponry, armory etc etc exist.
The Elemental consists ; Fire, Water, Air, Earth. And each Race on elemental have Tribes. The tribes are faunus-type oriented.
Like I give one example ; in the picture is Weiss as Air Elemental on Feather Race and Fairy Tribe.

In this world, there is a special tribe called "Ancient Ice" Race. It's belonged to Air Elemental. They are the people who guard the Tower of Eternity, the source of life in this world (where magic can be do (and flying land) because the tower empowered it).
This special race live near the tower. This race is kind of different with the other because they have tremendous magic power, more resilient to harsher environment, and they can fly too (with wings).
AND THUS, making this race arrogant.

Once upon a day, a war broke. Between "Ancient Ice" Race and the remains races. This war was the longest war ever and had claimed many casualties.
But eventually, the war is over and bring Ancient Ice Race to its extinction.
Yes, the special race is gone.
But what will happen to the tower of eternity? Aren't they supposed to be the one to guard it? Who will?
AND THUSSSS ...... okay this is the super (my)self-indulgent part XD
Blake, the young apprentice scholar*, is on their mission (entrusted by their mentor); to revive/bring back the last descendant of the Ancient Ice Race.
Scholar is more like a monk, an advisor. Blake's scholar mentor is the best scholar. He's kind of know what will happen in the future.
A lil bit explanation of Blake's past : Blake isn't an AI race! Instead Blake is a Land Race with Tiger Tribe.
They were separated from their family at a young age.
When Blake's mentor travelling to improve his knowledge, he met Blake. And raised them as his apprentice.There was day before the war erupted, a citizen outcasted by the AI Race government and left the land.
And after the war erupted (Blake was told to take refuge), Blake keep searching for this person for god-only knows how long.

1000 years passed, and Blake still on their mission. Wait what? Yes, Blake is immortal because they kind of tried a forbidden spell.
200 years before, another war erupted. It was between Feather Race and Land Race. There was a gap between them caused by trivial problem; Flying.
And thus making Feather Race forever residences on the flying lands to avoid Land Race.
But the war wasn't long. They have peace but some people still hold grudges on each other races.

Fast forward, Blake finally found the last descendant. It was Weiss who belonged to Schnee family, a honorable Feather Race family.
Of course Weiss was confused at first. But they ended up travelled together to revive Weiss' AI power. During the trip, they met a lot of obstacles but got through it.
They met with Ruby and Yang from Winged Race's Dragon Tribe and travelled together.
But what's the conflict?
Some bad people heard the news about the descendants and decided to hunt it down too. And Blake's fellow apprentices too, some of them turned bad and the good one already dead. How the bad apprentice keep living after all this time? They succumbed and submit to dark magic to granted them more power.
Blake next mission is to ensure Weiss' safety and take her to the tower.
