It’s a dragon, or technically a drake. I put the salivary glands on the outside, which is unusual but I thought looked neat. I actually learned, pretty recently, that the difference between these giant lizards are the amount of limbs and if it has wings or not. A drake has four limbs and no wings whereas, a dragon has four limbs and wings, and a wyvern has two legs and wings. For example, Smaug, the dragon in the hobbit (or at least the cinematic version), is actually a wyvern and not a dragon because it only has two legs and wings instead of the four. The reason they did that was because it looked cooler and easier to animate. Right now I’m at the airport back to home after a long week in the east coast.
