Description
This is a drawing I had to do for my construction class over the course of last semester. These sheets were created to represent a certain system (Construction systems). We (the entire class) for the first assignment were tasked with representing our understanding of a particular concrete structural system. For this assignment, I was tasked with representing the post and slab system. For the second assignment, we had to represent not only a structural system, but also what ever wall assembly we were tasked with. For this assignment, I was tasked with representing a waffle slab with PIP (poured in place) columns and a curtain wall (wall that bypasses the structure. Not structural). Finally, for the final assignment, my class was tasked with showing again, a structural system, wall system, and also the roof assembly. For this assignment, I was assigned the pre cast concrete plank with load bearing CMUs (concrete masonry unit), brick veneer wall, with a curb edge, and built-up flat roof.
