Twilight travels across demensions (and IPs...) and winds up in Hermaeus Mora's realm of forbidden knowledge, Apocrypha.She's gonna read the shit out of that place!

Honestly, I don´t think Twilight will get lost in Apocrypha.
If I recall correctly, someone in the Dragonborn DLC said that Hermaeus Mora gathers every bit of knowledge, whether it´s useful to him or not, as it is his nature to do so.
Twilight knows more about Friendship than anyone else, I guess. But she definately knows more about it than Hermaeus Mora, and once he realizes this, Twilight could trade her knowledge on friendship for the abbility to freely traverse between Equestria and Apocrapha without any consequences.
Not sure if Hermeaus Mora will fall for it, but it´s worth a shot.

I mean, If it's an Elder Scrolls crossover, I can understand some violence (as is the nature of the games) Just as long as it's not anything too bad.

Even before EqD, there was DD , maker. By a few hours, four or five, but it's still so.
The moment I heard Dragonborn was going to feature Apocrypha, I thought "Twilight would love the place. As long as she can be pulled out of there in time." And yes, I was wearing the Twilight helm and hoof-gauntlets when I went there.
You manage to reflect its ambience and feeling well. Twilight feels properly out of place here. Lots of good detail everywhere, much more than I could manage myself if I tried. Well done!
I'll be watching your back, Twilight. The real danger here is not the Seekers or the Lurkers, but the books themselves. I'll get you out of here the instant you will begin to sink under the lull of this place.

Is Hermaeus Mora's realm some kind of greek mythology?

No, It's part of the mythology of the Elder Scrolls fantasy role playing video games like Skyrim, Oblivion and Morrowind. It's a place you can go to in the newest DLC. The game lore has some simmilarities to greek mythology but it's all origional stories created by the Bethesda game company.
In the lore, Hermaeus Mora is a spirit of Knowlege who's realm is an endless library full of secrets but all the books have black covers and no titles. It's pretty cool.

ohh, The elder scrolls series, I do remember sheogorath, he's fantastic. However, I honestly cant recall this "Hermaeus Mora" guy, where can I find him and in what elder scrolls game is he in?

Well, you don't really get to see him in the games but you can talk to him during his Shrine quest in Oblivion. You speak to him in Skyrim during the main questline and he's a big part of the Dragonborn DLC where he appears as a talking eye.
According to the lore he looks like a big green squid thing with crab claws and lots of eyes.
(I've also heard that you can summon him in TES2 Daggerfall but I haven't played that game.)

Hermaeus Mora and his realm are inspired by the writings of H P Lovecraft (a great author of horror literature) specially the black books a very similar to his stories. Anyway great picture!
