How did she lose her old ones might I ask? They are wonderfully beautiful even now. Did she reuse her feathers?

She's actually part of a specie that isn't born with wings, so she lost her front limbs and got them replaced with wings.
I don't know how she lost her arms, I haven't thought of a reason for why they're gone. If I'd guess I'd say that she lost them in either an accident or in a fight, but I'm leaning towards accident.

Ah! Smart idea. Accident would make more sense, unless the person she was fighting decided to be a jerk and cut off both her arms and let her live just for the heck of it.

A bit up and down. I got tinnitus and due to that almost failed school, but the teachers had mercy on me and I was allowed to stay.
So right now at least, things are fine.

It's gotten a bit better, but it's chronic so I'll have to live with it till the end of my days.
I'll just have to learn how to handle it and just ignore it.
