The field of depth in this photo is amazing and is solidified by the read barn in the background the pulls you into the scene. There is a balance to this photo, and not in the traditional sense. For me at least, the large tree that is close to the fence is a good 'weight' to work with the red barn that demands attention! The evergreens in the background provide a great backdrop. They are a bit darker then the other trees so for me my eyes stop there and then travel around the barn. I can easily pick up the distance, which is captured very well as you can see the fence line.
I'm expecting to see a couple of horses come out from that glorious looking barn!

This is really beautiful! I love the way the barn in the background contrasts the rest of the image. It's selective coloring tells the viewer exactly where they're supposed to look. Great job!
