Since I'm not a premium member, I'll critique right here.
Pros: Even if it is referenced, this is still a great pic. The fact that you didn't trace is great in itself. The coloring is nice, though I might suggest a little more on the hair and face. I like how you added detail and wrinkles to the clothing, very nice touch.
The only thing I might say is off is the eye. It is just a tad too big for the face. Great pic, keep it up!
