I did say I was gonna draw more OCs for this franchise so- Here's another one because yes. It was really hard to find something blue to use as a theme until I came across this herb called borage which is also called starflower so I was like fuck it I'll use this. I should also mention that Starflower is genderfluid and uses they/she/he pronouns! They are part of Dark Enchantress' lackeys and look very Out of Place™ there.
