I tried my best to squeeze this one in before Halloween ended...man...but it never hurts to watch out for spooky rubber puddles. This is a piece I did for of their elastic character Melaine. They have been very kind in writing multiple action-packed stories focused on my character Ripley, so as a thank you I wanted to give them my take on Melaine interacting with Ripley. In our talks it was explained to me that Melaine is pretty fierce and a bit of a wildcard. I found it interesting to try and tackle how someone like Melaine would initiate combat. I felt that her lying patiently as a rubbery puddle to catch unsuspecting elastic girls would be a fun little image to depict. It's been a minute since I last depicted an elastic girl in ball mode, likewise the same can be said for depicting liquifying/oozing. (probably been a couple years). Anyways This was really fun and a nice way to test out Ripley's new look. Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween.
