Mistä nimi "Lentua"? Tiedän vaan että meidän mökin lähellä on sen niminen järvi. Kuhmossa on muutenkin kai eniten karhuja Suomessa, mikä sopii tähän.

Nimi on nimenomaan siitä järvestä/koskesta :'> Oma mökkimme on Kuhmossa Änätin rannalla, mutta kaikki käyvät aina kalastamassa Lentualla.

Ahaa ^^ Meidän mökki on Varajärven rannalla joka yhdistyy Lentuaan. Sitä kutsutaan Linturinteeksi, joka on Linturinteentiellä (joka on nimetty meidän mökin "rinteen" mukaan).

I love this, it is very relaxing! My friends grandmother makes cards with cutouts like that.. I'd like to learn to do it someday! What is even cooler though- is that its YOUR artwork not just clip art! I am sure your family member will love it!

I had no idea what karelianism was, so Googled it. Essentially a Finnish-versio of classical romanticism. I learned something today!
That said, I really like this design. It does a nice job entailing enough 'tribal' detail with the animal itself, giving a feeling of old (read: ancient) and spiritual.
