The Golden Mean are the focus points in an artwork. For example with yours you have the wolf's nose on the focal point so the eye is drawn first to the nose (if briefly) before it goes to the eyes. Divide the height of your artwork by 8. Then multiply it by 5. Draw a line across from that height measuring from the top, then from the bottom so you should have lines going across 5/8 from the top and 5/8 from the bottom. Repeat the process only across the width. You should have two lines going straight up and two going across. Where those lines intersect are the focal points of the Golden Mean. They're where the eye is automatically drawn to by instinct.
