This is one of the characters from Joey's Pawn a novel/comic/video game (I don't know which one yet, so I'm working on all three). Her name is Illumina and she is a Firefly. All the characters are based off of insects, and Fireflies are basically Steampunk fire elementals.

Yes, I know she looks like a younger version of Chandra from Magic the Gathering. Her personality is entirely different, though, so I don't particularly care. Besides, she's shorter, cuter, and not wearing armor. That's different enough for me.

EDIT: I did the hair and skin. I'm super happy with how it came out. In fact, I've never been more pleased to leave a project as a WIP for two weeks.
