It's Isabelle the secretary from Animal Crossing: New Leaf! She is one of the cutest, most endearing NPCs I've ever seen in AC. ;3; What a sweetheart.I wish you'd take a day off and go to the beach, Isabelle! Then you could collect all the shells you wanted. We could even go to the Island together!
I'll probably have this print at upcoming cons, I think!
