Description
The Champion of JUSTICE,Master of ADVENTURE,
Dreadnought of CHICANERY.
After winning a bet of reading 5000 comic books in a single sitting, a once normal man suffered brain damage from this and became the insane, violent, and lovable super hero, THE FLAMING CARROT!
Defending Iron City from bizarre dangers, the Flaming Carrot lead the Mystery Men in fun adventures. (Though its mostly solo)

I agree, though for some odd reason, I have hopes to see a movie for him eventually. It seems Hollywood is always looking for the next obscure thing to make a movie out of. (Not sure whether thats bad or good.)

It's been awhile since I read it but...
I have to say it's really good, to me it felt like the comic book was base on B-movies (which I'm sure it was lol XD).
Has lots of action, B-movie type villians/monsters, and some comedy

Dang, I can't say I recall that issue.
I purchased most of the collection books, "Fortune Favors the Bold" "Wild Shall Remain Wild" "Greatest Hits" and so on.
Though I know there are "newer" volumes, I just can't find them.
But I digress.
Its really a shame he couldn't make it into the film, hopefully he may get an other shot, it would be pretty interesting to hear what "Ut!" may sound like.

I've seen some cosplay of him before. and there are a few who do take a stab at some of his lines. The most I've ever seen of him is when I googled him and have found a page or so. But I only learned of his existence because of the mysterymen. He's by far the most extreme seemingly and I really wish they snook him somewhere in the film. Like within the pool scene.
As for a remake or sequal for the film I'd love to see it too; but I'm skeptical that it will ever be made. There has to be a reason why he was left out we the audience are unaware of or maybe that the flaming carrot is his own intidy beyond the mysterymen?

Its quite old, late 70s I believe.

I have indeed seen the film, Mystery Men.
Sadly the Flaming Carrot himself isn't present in it, but its an enjoyable movie none the less.

Yup, the Mystery Men are characters from Flaming Carrot.
FC himself is a member of the team. I suppose he was a bit too strange to put into the film though.
