I tend to draw big cats more...mmm realistically. But I guess that goes with like most species I don't draw frequently XD

Yeah, I do that too. I think in a lot of ways I'm more realistic with felines since I stick to reference a lot more than instinct.
I drew a llama the other day, it was really realistic since it was just from a photo, but gahhh, I don't know why I can draw wolves more accurately, I'm way too stuck in my ways I guess.

I would have preferred to start drawing canines with realism, instead I started with a cartoony style that makes it difficult to translate the anatomy accuratly into my style.

If I may, I'd like to point out that the paws at the moment look more canine. Generally the fur colors up the paw pads for felines more and the actual pads start lower, but you can stylize that as well! XD

Yup, this winter break I'll probably do some skeletal studies and stuff, that way I can make the frames and proportions of certain animals look more authentic. Right now I'm pretty much just doing universal anatomy (the stuff I know) because I'm sadly too busy to do more studies right now, but I'll try and learn what I can for the time being! I'm becoming a big fan of drawing felines right now so I'll probably have quite a bit of practice ^ ^
