Is he just standing on front toe, and if not, his foot should be bent down a little more. Also, with the other foot... There is a slight, anatomy problem. If he is standing on his heels, his foot should be attached to the ground, not the part of his leg. For future references, try looking at stock at of 'standing on heels', it does help, a lot.
Now with the head. If you were to look at it forwards, the fluff would be uneven. So the small little fluff down there on his right cheek, should be a little bit bigger. It should extend to his jaw line, curving down, like you did on the left cheek.
The ear is attached by sewing, correct? It should be connected to his head, because it seems it is hovering over his head on the right side. It should be closer to the head, and should seem like it's attached.
Last thing.. The knife, specifically, the knife's handle and the thickness it goes through. At the end, it is bulky. The blade should be down, and make the handle bigger.
Anyways, you did an awesome job! Better than I could ever do, since my art is bleh.
