aha this was the drawing that inspired a handful of similar-ish pokemon sketches from me I'm still probably not gonna ever finish/post em oops I do like how elegant this looks though, from the cute additions of candy and fruit to certain places on dragonair, to even the way its positioned on top of the cupcake. it's a very creative and clever idea, and it looks clean and nicely done

Blueberries instead of the jewls (as already stated by Teepy-teep ), and the way Dragonair coils actually looks like a 'cupcake swirl'... in a word: INGENIOUS!

Just gotta say that this is absolutely gorgeous. Dragonair is already a beautiful Pokémon, and somehow you made it even more precious! I love how you made it curl its body to imitate frosting. Adding the blueberries was a clever idea, and the blue fits well with Dragonair's own colors. The sprinkles on the ears and the change you made to the horn are small details that makes it all fit together nicely   I love this! Well done!
