I'm dedicating this picture to MistyWishMaker who is an amazing Misty artist (and a great artist in general!).
You can see her art in her xanga [link] Thanks to my cousin, I finally got to watch the 3rd Pokemon movie.
One of the coolest scenes was the underwater battle between Misty and Molly - hence my picture of it.
Some parts look blurry because it's a underwater kind of effect...I hope it didn't turn out looking weird or anything. ^_^;;

The background? I chucked a few dark blue colours together on Photoshop...and then used a Lighting effect tool on Micrografx Picture Publisher.
