This is a five-page comic from the two-part animated special, "It Came From St. Louis", showing Debbie Cantrell's (voiced by #KimikoGlenn ) introduction to #MyLifeasaTeenageRobot for the show's 20th anniversary, which I was supposed to post on August 1st, the same day the show premiered on #Nickelodeon , or, at least, a few days afterwards, but not only did it took for me to draw this whole five-page comic way behind schedule, I accidentally did the unthinkable: I fell asleep all throughout the show's 20th anniversary, inadvertently making one of the most special days of the year just another short, sleepy day for me! I am terribly sorry! 😔💔 But even if I stayed way behind schedule and finished the drawings too late, that's still no excuse. It's still been #20YearsofMLAATR ! 🙂❤️ Anyway, this hand-drawn comic is a beautiful, shot-for-shot recreation of storyboards I drew on paper on March of 2022 (a few days before my old Instagram account, "carlosgloria01", got hacked on April Fools Day) about Debbie's introduction to the show! 🤩💖🔥
