I felt like drawing a cat... I love cats and would draw them all the time when I was little. I haven't drawn one in a 2 years or so, I'm glad to see I've improved. x] I would have draw one of my cats but they move all the time plus they're black. I can't draw black animals very well.When I showed my mum, Freya (one of my cats) was sitting on the table and she started meowing in an annoyed fashioned when she saw it. Mum suspects she is jealous and wanted a portrait.
Alas she is black and white so she'll have to wait a while for a good portrait.

This looks really cool.. Though maybe it would look even better if you darkened the fur in the face?

Yeah I was planning on doing that, at the time I only had a hb pencil and y'know, they don't go that dark. ^^ I'm going to borrow one of my mums darker pencils and darken parts of it. Or you know I could find my ones which would take a year or two...

Thankyou! Um I'm not sure, I suppose I used this thing. x] I'm not too good at explaining things... I used this pointed and compressed tube of paper (I have no idea what they're actually called, you get them in art stores) To smudge parts together to give it a smoother feel and I did short lines with the pencil for furry effect.
