I notice that you use soft shading for your pieces but the lighting feels a bit off like this. If you look closely the areas where the cloth or the skin should be darker are not visible and the whole piece gives the impression that the character is bathed in light, even though there are places where the light can't reach (no matter where the light comes from). I assume that your light source here is placed at the top right corner of the piece, so shadows are definitely existent there. But other than that it's a very good job you've done and the proportions are good (The head is a bit big but it's ok, Anime and Chibis have that all the time!).
I've provided a link so you can understand what I mean when I talk about shadows (Notice the sharp darker volumes in Sinon's hair and her clothes and pay attention to the contrast they have compared to the base colors):

Again, this might be your style of shading but I'm just showing you how you could improve that!
