After telling Twilight Sparkle enough information about dragon culture to fill an encyclopedia, it was only natural that Dragon Lord Ember started to grow curious about pony culture. Sure they had some basic knowledge of ponies, mainly that they feared them, there were no real pony-dragon interactions except for Spike.

Grabbing her quill and ink, Ember started to write.

Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle,

Glad to hear that you learned so much about dragons, but it’s time to return the favor, don’t you agree? Now how about you tell me all about you ponies, huh? I might not be able to write a book about it like you are, but I’m still curious.

-Dragon Lord Ember

That oughta do it, she could afford to be a little less formal in this letter.

It didn’t take long after sending the message that Twilight sent her response.

Dear Dragon Lord Ember,

I would absolutely love to tell you all about pony culture! But I think it would be much easier if you came over to my castle in Ponyville so that we can discuss this in person, that and I really want to show you the notes I’ve been taking!

If this is ok, please come to Ponyville on Saturday, my friend Rarity will be there to help you, just follow the map I attached.

Ember squinted a bit, rereading the letter. It’s not that she couldn’t go, there was just this nagging feeling that a dragon going into an area full of ponies was probably not a good idea. Still, it didn’t seem like a terrible idea, so she prepared to set off.

After arriving in Twilight’s castle, she was led by Rarity to the throne room, where she was greeted by more than Twilight and Spike. By Twilight’s side were two larger ponies, with horns and wings just like Twilight. One of them bright white, the other dark blue. Both of them had long, flowing manes.

Ember didn’t know exactly what to do, so she waved at them.

“Welcome, Ember! I’m so glad you could come, there are two of the other princess in Equestria, Celestia and Luna!”

“It’s an honor to meet you, Dragon Lord Ember.” Celestia said, nodding happily.

“Eh, thanks. Sorry, I’m still kinda not used to this whole ‘friendship’ thing.” She admitted, scratching the back of her head.

“Well then, we can teach you friendship and our pony culture, you do not have to replicate it, of course, but we hope that the knowledge is helpful to you.” Luna explained.

“Foooor example,” Twilight started, lifting up a paintbrush with her magic, “this is what most of us do to help each other relax and enjoy ourselves!” She said, swiping the paintbrush against Ember’s belly.

Ember jumped back in shock, putting her claws on her belly in self-defense. “Gyah! W-what was that?”

“That was called tickling,” Celestia chuckled.

“Tickling, huh? Could you…could you do it again?” she asked, blushing as she set her arms back down to her side.

Twilight nodded, using the paintbrush to draw circles right on Ember’s now re-exposed tummy.

The first thing Ember’s naturally wanted to do was bat the brush away, cover her belly, or back away, but her mind wanted to keep experiencing this new sensation. She couldn’t help but giggle and wag her tail as the brush swept against her belly. “H-Hehehehehe!”

Twilight retracted the brush with a slightly mischievous grin.

Spike walked up to Ember, “So, did you like tickling?”

“Yeah, it’s…actually kinda fun. I guess I get why you ponies do it to have fun and stuff.” She said nervously, still feeling the tingling on her belly.

“Well then, would you…would you like to try it out some more?” Spike asked, running his little purple claws up her belly.

Ember giggled, grabbing Spike by the wrist. “Fine but on one condition: I get to do the same to you guys after.”

Luna smirked, “I think that can be arranged quite well.”

The following events were hazy, but Ember had somehow wound up locked up in wooden stocks, toes tied back, arms chained up and raised, all while sitting on a comfortable, fluffy pillowy cushion.
There was this nagging feeling that this might not be a pony custom, but she did happen to witness Twilight and Rarity playfully tickling each other’s sides as she was being locked in, so it seemed to be true.

The first few moments seemed tame enough, a few of the same paintbrushes controlled by both Twilight and Rarity making little circles and strokes against her taut soles and between her immobilized toes. The sensations were still mild, but with the numerous amount of places the brushes were getting, it started to add up, leading to an uncontrollable stream of giggles as she started to shake. It started to make sense why she was tied up like this. It’d be more dangerous otherwise.

The paintbrushes were quickly swapped out for much bigger brushes, Rarity explained to Ember that their primary use was to style a pony’s mane and tail, but they were also quite effective at tickling, as well.

Evidently, Rarity was not lying, as soon as one of the hairbrushes starts stroking down Ember’s right foot, she threw her head back, bursting out in mirthful laughter. She had only expected the hairbrush to feel like the paintbrush, only with a larger surface area. However the bristles on the hairbrush were far stiffer than those on the paintbrush, and they created a stronger sensation because of that.

It was strange, the brushes seemed to force Ember to laugh, but it wasn’t like it was against her will, when she was being tickled, she felt like her stress didn’t exist, she was genuinely enjoying herself. It was a fascinating custom, this tickling thing.

“Enjoying yourself, Ember?” Spike laughed, walking behind her and plunging his fingers into the hollow of her armpits.

“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! SPIHIHIHIHIHIHIHIKE!”

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

Ember had no idea how long this session of tickling went on for, all she knew was that she was starting to feel light-headed, and she started to gasp for air. As soon as her ticklers noticed, they quickly stopped.

“Wow…this…this is great…” she admitted, trying to curl her toes.

“Well then, you’ll love what we have in store next…” Luna said, looking at her sister, Celestia, and Rarity, all four of their horns glowing as they lifted up several brushes.

Ember’s eyes widened, it was like she could already feel the bristles against her feet. She quickly shook herself back to reality, “Heh, bring it on!” she said, trying to psyche herself up and give herself energy.

The unicorn and princesses didn’t give her any mercy, brushes of all sorts were scrubbing up and down her soles, sweeping across her arches, and exploring underneath and between her toes.

Ember couldn’t control herself, trying to thrash about, arms trying to move forward as her hands repeatedly clenched into fists. Her toes desperately tried to curl, wiggle, or even twitch, but the ropes were tied far too tight to give her any leeway. Tears began to flow down her now red cheeks as she let out her loud, hysterical, yet still beautiful laughter for all those in the room to hear, maybe even all of Ponyville.

Time seemed to slow down for Ember, all that was occurring to her was the tickling on her feet, and the relentless verbal teasing from Spike.

“Kitchy kitchy koo…”

“Ember, the ticklish Dragon Lord!”

“The ticklish little Dragon Lord looooves the tickling on her big soft feet, doesn’t she?”

It was definitely fun being tickled by these ponies and Spike, and she would absolutely love to do this again.

But it might be more fun getting revenge on four ponies and one dragon at the same time.
