bio: Cindy was a high-life 15 year old. She was one of the most popular girls in school, her parents her rich, dated the football quarterback, she was head cheerleader, everything was going perfect! She also had a fascination with science just as her father. Her father worked in the Chernobyl plant most of the time. Cindy wanted to spend time with her dad but he was always busy working. To make it up to her, He brought her to his work and showed her his work. She was amazed with his work! Unfortunately, about an hour into the tour, one of the reactors exploded, causing the whole place to be infected with radiation poisoning. One of the cross beams fell of her father, crushing him to death. She ran as fast as she could but she passed out due to radiation. She woke up in a field of scorched grass. She looked down at her body and found scales. she had fangs, claws, and little stubs coming from her back. Clueless on what to do, she panicked and ran into the forest. Overtime, her features grew even more advanced. Her scales became thicker, her claws became longer, her scales took color, her wings came into full size, and she gained powers from the radiation. Her wings, however, she could not fly. Because of her reptilian features, she could hook and climb on walls and ceilings. Her wings would allow her to glide, but not fly. Over the years of becoming half dragon, she moved onto the city, terrorizing citizens.

powers:
.With the slightest scratch of her claws, she can send radiation flowing into the body of her victim. Causing them to gain a fever, followed by a major headache, then soon the insides of her pray will start to melt. Literally melting from the inside.
. She is very good with stealth, she can sneak up on an enemy with no problem.
. She isn't good with weapons, but she is good with brute fighting. hence her name.
. climb on walls
