This is one of Wilfred's henchmen (or henchwoman, whatever), Virelai (pronounced VEER-ah-lie). She's supposed to be a shapeshifter.

Species: Half-Shapeshifter

Personality: Shy, quiet, obedient, quarrelsome (only around her twin brother, Vincent), conscientious, and precise
Likes: Nature, animals, her ability to shapeshift into certain beings/creatures (she finds it interesting, but is limited), insects and singing (only when she's alone since she finds it a bit awkward singing in front of someone)
Dislikes: Arguing with her brother (she finds it pointless, yet she still does it ), meat (she finds it disgusting and wouldn't dare take a bite out of it), and innocent animals being injured or killed

Yes, I loved "The Book of Life". The movie was so breathtaking. Maria and Manolo were a great couple, and the Candlemaker was one funny guy. Xibalba was this slimy, smooth-talking dude, who had the "salami body" and likes of Jafar and Wrongo (God Bless Ron Perlman!). La Muerte knew how to keep the life cycle (and her wicked husband) under control, and even Manolo's family members were special. But the one character I loved most was the tour guide. She was so wise, tender, and sexy, but I won't tell you who she is.
