Description
This is my take on the top S.H.U.S.H members from Darkwing Duck; Dr. Bellum, Director Hooter, and Agent Grizzlikoff for DT17.
As you can see I changed Hooter into an owl because he looked a little too much like Ludwig Von Drake and I wanted to stand out. I also turned Dr. Bellum into a canary.

Dr. Sarah Bellum
VA: Kristen Schaal
Age: 29
She is a chaotic good scientist of S.H.U.S.H.
She attended college alongside Gandra Dee who happened to be her roommate and bestie (basically she was the Honey Lemon to Gandra's GoGo).
Gyro Gearloose is Sarah's idol because he's just as chaotic good as her, does science his way, and keeps moving forward no matter how many inventions fail on him. She's incredibly cheerful despite having dangerous inventions that nearly kill people. Like her original counterpart, she does hope to win a Nobel Prize with an invention that doesn't nearly kill people. (She doesn't want to hurt people she knows and is close with, but doesn't mind too much when it's the enemy).
She gets sick in moving vehicles/means of transportation (cars, planes, boats, etc.) very easily so she keeps motion sickness medicine with her at all times.
She is autistic; she heavily relies on science for answers, she prefers her meals prepared in a certain way and her laundry done in a certain way, she has repetitive ticks whenever she's stressed/upset i.e. tugging and/or fiddling with her ponytail or chewing/biting her nails, and whenever she's depressed or scared, she curls up into a ball and mumbles to herself.

Director Julius Gander Hooter
VA: JC Hyke
Age: 57
He is the current director of S.H.U.S.H. He is well spoken, smart, and has been apart of the organization for over 20 years. He was more of a desk jockey/guy in the chair type back then. He's good friends with Mrs. Beakley/Agent 22 and ocassionly worked alongside her. He helped Ludwig Von Drake keep the organization in order and kept track of every file of every F.O.W.L operative. After Von Drake passed, he left Hooter in charge.
Hooter is open minded and allows outside sources to help with missions such as Darkwing who Mrs. B recommend.
He is also in a long term romantic relationship with Corvus Von Drake (Ludwig's son) who he met when Corvus was paying his father a visit

Agent Vladimir Grizzlikoff
VA: Fred Tatasciore
Age: 42
He is S.H.U.S.H's top agent (currently speaking because the top/best agent will always be Beakley). He originates from Muscow Russia, he was top of his class when starting at S.H.U.S.H and is actually Hooter's second in command. He is incredibly strict and prefers to do everything by the book, something that constantly puts him at odds with Darkwing who likes to freelance as well as other outside sources. He has a rivalry with Mrs. B because he knows he'll never be as good of an agent as het, but it doesn't stop him from trying to be better. Deep down he has a high respect for her.
Grizzlikoff is actually quite friendly, but he believes it's best to hide your true feelings so you don't appear weak to others.
He doesn't have a blind eye, he was actually born with heterochromia which is when someone is born with two completely different eye colors.
