All resemblance I can see is the scythe (which is... yes, very original idea) and skirt.

Im sorry, but it seems rather far- fetched to me that an artist with such skill and imagination for designs would scroll through some random gemsonas to steal their designs.
I just typed "onyx gemsona" in the browser and found 5 "Onyxs" with a scythe and dozens of other gemsonas in such clothes. Im sorry, but both the scythe and the clothing u used are pretty bland and unoriginal in design therefore you cannot claim them as your own.
The difference's between your and Casadriss's character are quite clear, the face, the hair, gem placement, bodytype, shoes, gloves etc. The dress isnt identical, contrary to what you claim, since in your drawing its more of a top and a skirt with that transparent light fabric attatched to the top, while in her drawing its a bodysuit with the fabric placed around hips.
The overall color (black, no surprise since its onyx), the scythe (which is of course quite egalitarian, no one can really copyright a scythe itself) and the "no pants + light fabric" clothing design (wich is also quite common in gemsonas and since the clothes designs u girls both used have substantial differences i dont see how you could treat it as a rip off) are the only similarities.
Saying that I think you are, indeed, overreacting. Art theft sucks and we're all much aware of it here, but remember that there is a thin line between art theft and simply using an idea that a MASSIVE number of people is also using (like gemsonas). According to all the rules of statistics ideas might repeat in some case, but it is not necessarily the case of art theft.

I think shatterer could be a word, i.e. being "someone who shatters". Although I guess no one really thought to use it until recently lol.
