Decora is a type of street fashion in Japan. It literally comes from the word decorate and that's what the girls do to themselves. They pile on toys, tons of necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, and layer their clothes. A lot of them can be seen if you google up "Fruits" which is a Japanese magazine that features girls in this style and other styles.
