Nice redesign! Actually, OV Buzzshock had thumbs, so I'd say he has pincers like Brainstorm and Lodestar, if not full-on hands.

Didn't actually realize Buzzshock had those weird spark hands in Omniverse until just now. I guess you can say I found that pretty shocking.
